Men's Sacred Immersion

April 11th 2-5pm

April 11th 2-5pm in Encinitas

Sacred Men's Immersion

This is a space for men to exhale.

For three intentional hours, we gather in brotherhood for a powerful immersion that weaves together transformational breathwork, infused Reiki energy, immersive sound healing, and a ceremonial tea ritual devoted to patience and gratitude.

Through Immersive conscious, connected Breathwork with Bre the body begins to soften. Armor dissolves. The nervous system recalibrates. Emotional weight that has been silently carried can finally move. The experience strengthens resilience while creating space for clarity, steadiness, and grounded presence.

At the heart of this immersion is a sacred tea ceremony led by Amy, rooted in stillness, deep reverence, and gratitude. Tea becomes more than a drink with every bowl being an offering to slow down. A ritual of intention. A return to simplicity, awareness and what matters most.

In the ceremony, men are invited to practice stillness.
To listen.
To receive.
To sit with what is without needing to fix or perform.

Who is this immersion for;

For Men Who:

• Have been carrying stress, pressure, or emotional weight and are ready to finally release it

• Feel disconnected from themselves and want to come back into their body and presence

• Are seeking a healthy, grounded way to process emotions without needing to “figure it all out”

• Desire brotherhood, real connection with other men beyond surface-level conversations

• Are navigating responsibility (family, business, leadership) and need space to reset and recalibrate

• Want to regulate their nervous system and feel more steady, clear, and resilient

• Feel the call to slow down, be still, and reconnect with what truly matters

• Are open to breathwork, energy work, and ceremonial practices for inner clarity and expansion

• Struggle to create space for themselves and are ready to prioritize their well-being

• Want to feel strong and open, grounded and connected

No experience is required.

Men will leave feeling:

• Lighter and emotionally clear

• More resilient and steady

• Deeply present in their bodies

• Regulated and grounded

• Open-hearted yet strong

• Connected to other men in authentic brotherhood

We close the evening with an integration circle of brotherhood, a grounded space to reflect, share, and anchor the experience into real life. This circle is about connection without pressure, strength without ego, and presence without pretense.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about remembering who you are beneath the pressure.

Come breathe.
Come sit.
Come reconnect.
